Digital Items Policy
  • Digital Files can be downloaded instantly. There will be no shipping fee for Digital items. 
  • Please check your email for a download link, which will be sent to you automatically upon successful purchases.

Refunds

Due to the nature of Digital Products, ArtsyPaperieShoppe does not provide refunds when product has been successfully downloaded.

Should you need assistance with your downloads, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help!

Refunds for Digital Products are available when/if product:

  • Has not been downloaded.
  • Has been downloaded but file is corrupt.
  • There are errors in file that we are unable to fix.

 

Acceptable usage of our Digital Items:

- Personal License: 

You may print, use or play our creations for personal use. Please kindly do not distribute our files, instead you are welcome to refer others to our shop.

- Commercial License: 

You may print, use or play our creations for commercial purposes. This include bulk production for reselling up to 500 units. Please contact us to discuss further options if you'd like to produce more or acquire exclusive rights to a design.

Physical Product Policies:

  • Physical Products are sent from Indonesia using standard shipping by POS INDONESIA. 
  • Tracking number will provided to recipient and package can be tracked by 3rd party websites such as: https://ems.posindonesia.co.id/
  • Standard shipping usually takes 7-15 business days.

 

Refunds:

  • We accept return of damaged/incomplete Physical Products within 30 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed max. 30 days after we have received the product back.
  • Buyer shall be responsible for all shipping and delivery cost of returned goods. 
  • Products that are lost in transit are subject to be investigated further, and eligible for refund only when supporting documents are in favor and complete.
